Volunteer at the 2021 Pro-Am!
Volunteers are the heart and soul of any successful event. In fact, most charitable events wouldn’t happen without the passionate support of the outstanding volunteers who give of their personal time to lend a helping hand. This holds especially true for the Scotiabank Pro-Am for Alzheimer’s in Support of Baycrest. Our event relies on our outstanding volunteers for its success. We are proud to have had many volunteers return annually and we call these volunteers our “Pro-Am Stars.”
The 2021 Pro-Am is recruiting volunteers for the following roles. Roles will be assigned and volunteers will be briefed on their role in advance of the event, and before the start of their shift.
Shift times include:
Pro-AM Volunteer Positions:
Draft Night
- Event set up (some heavy lifting may be required)
- Registration & coat check
- Stage hands
- Directional support
- Volunteer relief
- Event tear down (some heavy lifting may be required)
Tournament Day 1
- Event set up (some heavy lifting may be required)
- Registration & coat check
- Bag valet & parking assistant
- Time and score keepers/rink attendants
- Photo assistants
- Player prizing wicket & storage
Tournament Day 2
- Event set up (some heavy lifting may be required)
- Registration & coat check
- Bag valet & parking assistant
- Time and score keepers/rink attendants
- Photo assistants
- Player prizing wicket & storage
- Family day skate monitors
- Family day activity assistant
- Event tear down (some heavy lifting may be required)
